The Southeast Los Angeles Community Plan Area is located south of Downtown Los Angeles. Southeast LA is one of 3 community plans that make up the South Los Angeles Planning Region. The community is made up of several neighborhoods including Avalon, Central, Green Meadows, and Watts.

Plan Boundaries
Southest LA is bounded by the I-10 Santa Monica Freeway to the north, the Alameda Corridor and Central Avenue to the east, 120th Street and Imperial Highway to the south, and Figueroa Street and Broadway on the west.
